Return and Exchange Policy at A1CAR Store

Please note: The return and exchange policy applies only to dash cams. Other products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a defect, counterfeit, or non-conformity with specifications.

Please notify us of any such cases within 24 hours of receiving the order. The customer is fully responsible for any delay, and the store reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange request.

We are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. Please review the following dash cam return and exchange policy to ensure the best experience:

1️⃣ Quality and Comfort Guarantee:

  • We believe in the quality of our products and offer you a warranty that covers any unexpected technical issues with the dash cam, excluding misuse.
  • The dash cam warranty is 90 days from the date of purchase. During this period, you can return or exchange the product for a new one in case of a manufacturing defect or issue, noting that a return fee of 45.99 will be charged when submitting a return or exchange request.

What constitutes misuse that is not covered by the warranty, whether regular or premium?

Misuse refers to practices or conditions that cause the dash cam to malfunction and are not covered by the warranty. Here are some examples of misuse:

  1. Dash cam malfunction due to collision: In the event of a traffic accident, the dash cam may malfunction due to the impact.
  2. Dash cam malfunction due to vehicle submersion: If the car is submerged, an electrical short circuit may occur in the vehicle’s electrical system, causing the dash cam to malfunction.
  3. Dash cam malfunction when sprayed with perfume or water: Exposing the dash cam to perfume or water spray may damage its components.
  4. Changing dash cam electrical connections: The dash cam is designed to be connected to the cigarette lighter or USB port, but if this connection is cut and connected to a fuse port, it is considered misuse.
  5. Using fuse wires or OBD port from outside our online store: Purchasing and using non-approved electrical parts from our store (such as fuses or OBD port) is considered misuse and may affect the dash cam’s operation and is not covered by the warranty.

There are many other cases that fall under misuse, but in the event of a manufacturing defect in the dash cam itself, the warranty covers it provided the event is documented by video and photo and sent to the store’s WhatsApp number: 0562152004 within 90 days of purchasing the dash cam.

2️⃣ Return and Exchange Procedures:

  • When requesting a return or exchange, the reason must be clarified with a video and photo showing the defect or issue. This step is necessary to ensure quick and accurate service.
  • Ensure that the products are in their original condition with all accessories and packaging.

3️⃣ Return Period:

  • No return or exchange requests are accepted after 90 days from the date of purchase.

4️⃣ Costs and Customer Responsibility:

  • The customer bears the return shipping costs, which are 45.99 SAR.
  • Any defects or issues must be reported as soon as possible.
  • Any return request resulting from negligence or misuse will not be accepted.

Shipping Information:

  • Please ensure the accuracy of shipping information (address, names, and phone numbers) to ensure the shipment arrives correctly.
  • The shipping company may contact you via WhatsApp, phone call, or SMS.
  • A1CAR store is not responsible for any errors in the provided information that may lead to delays, loss of shipment, or lack of response from the customer to the shipping company.

  • In case of an error in the product, malfunction, or missing contents, you must notify us within 90 days of receiving the product.
  • If delayed, the customer bears full responsibility, and the store has the right to refuse the return or exchange.
